Andrea Bocelli is amazing! no kidding, im in love, everytime i listen to vivo per lei, i want to cry, laugh and any other emotion you can think of.im pretty much into everything,musicwise, but lately its been the chilled out things, havent been listening to as much metal and rap..
where was i? oh yea, Andrea Bocelli, hes genius! if youve never heard of him, please, at least try to, listen to one song..perfect stuff, i turn off all the lights, get on my headphones-and its bliss! nothing compares to this stuff, the music takes you places, youre suddenly in venice, youre on a mountain, youre flying, its beautiful! good music does that to you, and the language, oh the language, Italian is so wonderful..especially when Andrea Bocelli is singing it

so ive been a Dare fan since project fame, yes i know that he has fans from back when he was on the radio, and they think they are “more real fans’ or whatever..so anyways, his song, Original naija, was like the theme song of BB nigeria, for hthose of you who dont know..and it was great! its such a wonderful song, everytime i hear it, i remember why i’m proud to be a Nigerian.theres so much negetivity flying around about being Nigerian, but this song, just says the truth, and the truth is good, its honest, being Nigerian, is a wonderful thing, it’s something that people should be proud of.im not talking about the political situation of our country, the corrupt leaders..im talking about the Nigerian spirit, the essential thing that makes us Nigerian..you cant deny it, everyone knows that if you see a Nigerian, somwhere out of the country, you just know, you can feel it.its this aspect that makes me proud of being a Nigerian, and that song, Original Naija, is about that Nigerian spirit, the one that doesnt give up, the one that doesnt stay down, the one that succeeds, .. makes me feel patriotic like nobodys business, they should replace the national anthem with it!!! lol, but seriously, its an uplifting, happy, tear inducing, pride causing song.really.
lol..so where was i? sorry got sidetracked with my bit of patriotism..couldnt help it..oh Dare, yea, he is sooo talented! Escalade is a hit, really great song, brown eyed angel is just perfect..and then Fuji.i love that song in a way that words, words would never do justice.that is a SONG yo. it makes me dance my ass off, and jump all over the place..lol, its a really fab song
ok, so the cause of this whole post..was that i finally got my hands on his album, “from me to you”. this might seem kinda odd to some people, but i live in PHC and i dont know who swore for me, but the cd, just isnt here.ive cried and begged, disturbed everybody i knew that was headed for Lagos..and finally, finally, you should have been there, like fortune was being nice, and mocking me at the same time, i was once again telling anybody willing to listen how i was being denied the album by some surely wicked forces, when my friend veeerrryy casually mentions that he has this album.he has it?! he has had it for how long?! and all this while i had been suffering..ah, sha, im grateful, lol, i got my hands on it finally, and im sure as anything not regretting it.wonderful stuff
ps.im really into music, Naija music at the moment, upcoming artistes are really good! so uhm, i think subsequent posts might be reviews on the people im currently listening to (and yes, i might gush about all of them, because, i DO tend to listen to what i like lol) abd i like sharing things that make me happy so..ill keep you posted aight?! feel free to comment people!!
